1. Who we are

Varyant is an A/B testing application for Shopify stores, operated by Nayma LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover the use of the varyant.io website and participation in the Varyant early-access program.

2. Early access

• Varyant is currently in private early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access; we onboard stores gradually.
• During early access, features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
• Early-access terms (including any pricing) will be agreed individually before the app is installed on your store.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape the waitlist endpoint, or submit addresses you do not control.

4. Intellectual property

The Varyant name, logo, website design, and application are the property of Nayma LLC. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; Varyant is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify Inc.

5. Disclaimer

The website and the early-access program are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Experiment results depend on your traffic and store; we do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayma LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in early access.
